Cassie Little is an advocate for honest conversations that drive individuals closer to their shared goals. Cassie has spent the past 5 years building an educational company, Her Sorority Journey, to unlock confidence in student leaders and develop strong organizational cultures in higher education. After leaving her corporate sales role at the end of 2019, she navigated the challenges of entrepreneurship at the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite its steep learning curve in the context of a fearful, socially distanced, and economically fragile society, Cassie has sustained her keynote speaking and consulting business to revitalize the impact of student organizations.
In 5 years, she has grown the business to a six-figure company that invests greatly in the next generation of professionals through confidence, conflict, and resilience training. Cassie is eager to bring her entrepreneurial resilience and organizational conflict model to cultivate cultures of trust in companies, organizations, teams, and the leaders who provide their direction.
