We’ve all been there: Your idea gets overlooked, you receive constructive feedback, or and striving with every fiber of our being to respond with respectful appreciation, while our inner critic is having a field day with our failure. Whether we like to admit it or not, the inevitable tension we encounter everyday feels personal. With identities carefully curated to reflect our contributions, many of us find ourselves isolating to cope with our crumbled sense of self when receiving anything less than perfect praise. The result? Our teams stop sharing feedback, collaborating, or engaging in challenging conversations out of fear of another identity crisis. In short: our teams are ineffective and our people are lonely.

As an entrepreneur born out of the COVID-19 pandemic and wired for connection, I am passionate about equipping teams and the leaders who drive them forward with the tools they need to transform their everyday tension into trust. Conflict into connection. Barriers into breakthrough. After spending 6 years building a business through “unprecedented times,” I have learned first hand how personal failure can feel and how necessary trustworthy teams are to make progress. I help teams take steps toward transparency, which sometimes feels like moving backwards, to elevate their effectiveness, which always moves them forward.
